Returns and Exchange


We are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted or faulty full priced items that are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any pieces that have been worn, damaged, altered or scratched.

Commissioned pieces or personalised items cannot be exchanged unless faulty. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

When returning your item please ensure it is packed with care and in its original packaging.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer so we recommend that you return any valuable items via recordable post as we cannot be held responsible for any return items that go missing.
